Stephanie was born in New Jersey to Cuban parents and spent part of her childhood in Puerto Rico before relocating to South Florida in 2001, where she has lived ever since. Her passion for mental health emerged at a young age, guiding her educational path and eventual decision to pursue a career in counseling. Stephanie has been providing formal therapeutic services since 2020, but her professional journey in the mental health field began in 2015 across a variety of roles. Her experiences have deepened her commitment to supporting individuals in their emotional and psychological growth.
A significant portion of Stephanie’s career has focused on the substance use field, where she has had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences. This work has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the complex intersections between addiction, trauma, relationship dynamics, and boundaries. These are areas she is particularly passionate about, and she enjoys helping clients explore and address these issues in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

Stacey's journey into counseling began when she decided to leave her previous career in pursuit of a calling that would allow her to live out her core values of service, humility, and acceptance. She earned her Master of Science in Counseling from St. John Fisher University, where she deepened her passion for helping others find healing and growth in the face of life’s challenges.
