Amanda (Mandy) Weldon is a dedicated and compassionate therapist who offers a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can flourish. Her approach to counseling is client-centered and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. Mandy believes that therapy is a collaborative journey, grounded in trust, empathy, and a deep respect for each client’s individual story, needs, and pace.
Mandy has experience working with individuals navigating a variety of challenges, including trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Whether you're seeking to build healthier coping strategies, gain insight into past experiences, or simply find a space to feel heard and understood, Mandy is here to walk alongside you with care and intention.
She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at Liberty University. Mandy is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and a Certified Trauma Therapist (CTT), committed to continuous learning and providing the highest quality of care.
